An evening dedicated to the wonderful world of Sicilian wines.
Together with Tom and Arne, we’ll explore the full range of the island’s unique expressiveness:
A white made from the indigenous varieties Catarratto and Carricante
Sparkling wine from the same base – discover what refermentation can add to the experience.
A light orange wine from Marsala, made with the semi-aromatic Grillo grape
A Syrah from Alcamo, crafted by one of Sicily’s avant-garde producers regarding this variety.
And last but not least: a fresh Etna Rosso to round off the tasting
